Our Customer Service Team was formed in January this year to provide immediate access to all of CatholicCare’s services. Our passionate service consultants have been hard at work since then helping individuals and families navigate the new systems for the NDIS and My Aged Care, in addition to handling requests for counselling, mediation, family support and other myriad services.
As the team have developed, consultants have been taking on a greater role in helping families who are vulnerable, needing support or struggling with a crisis. In recognition of the new role they are playing in the lives of those who call us, the team has become CCareline.
Our professional CCareline team is dedicated to helping Sydney families find the services they need. As the first point of contact into CatholicCare, our CCareline team provides professional, caring advice and advocacy to help families navigate their way through the social services sector.
CCareline staff help you find family support, counselling, specialist services for domestic and family violence, help with addictions and can guide you through the government's My Aged Care. We are here to help you live and thrive.
