From the CEO's desk

At CatholicCare, we are undertaking a lot of work responding to changes brought about by new government policies.  These new policies include the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) but there are a number of other changes.  This work is affecting a wide range of our services including disability support, aged care and foster care.

 

We are hopeful that the work we are undertaking will enhance the level of support that we provide to the people of Sydney.  That is certainly our objective.

 

One of the initiatives we have introduced is to provide, for the first time, a Customer Service Team that allows people to contact CatholicCare, discuss their issues and be directed to solutions.  This Team can be accessed by calling 13 18 19 or emailing connect@catholiccare.org.  The Team is available to discuss and provide support across all our services.

 

The landscape in which we operate is changing rapidly but the basic needs of people that we support remain the same.  We are committed to continuing to provide support in all that we do which, values the dignity of individuals, strengthens families and connects communities.
